In early June, Wynwood House, an Aquinas Senior Living community in Centre County, PA, celebrated 25 years of serving families.

For our leadership team, the most meaningful part of the week wasn’t the ribbon cutting — it was the conversations. Len, Jim, and Steve heard directly from residents and families about what the community means to them, including one family whose loved one had been to the ER repeatedly for falls before moving in. Since then? Not a single fall-related visit.

That’s no accident. Since Wynwood House joined the Aquinas portfolio, the community has seen meaningful upgrades, including the official launch of Teton AI Resident Safe Technology—making it one of the first personal care home providers in Pennsylvania with proactive, fully private, and resident and family-approved AI-enabled technology.
