This includes sourcing and acquiring properties, making targeted physical improvements, and strengthening day-to-day operations. Additionally, we’re investing in staff training and development, implementing technology to enhance resident safety and support our teams, and working with experienced service providers who extend our capabilities.

Our focus is on building high-quality senior living communities in the middle market across the Mid-Atlantic—communities where residents receive consistent, nurturing care, families have confidence, and teams are well supported to perform at a high level.
