Senior Living Investment Update: Growth, Recognition, and a Milestone Worth Celebrating

April was a busy month across our communities.

Every step we take forward is for our investors, residents, and their families. We are unusual in that we also include our team in all of our planning. When they are well-trained, motivated, and happy, our residents, families, and investors usually benefit too.

Investor feedback has mostly been around how happy they are to invest in an established business with a portfolio of locations, doing work that helps people.

Here’s a quick look at last month’s highlights:

Teton AI Monitoring Expansion

Our rollout of Teton’s AI-powered monitoring technology continued with deployments at Wynwood House State College on April 1st and Wynwood House Nittany Valley on April 9th. Infrastructure work has also begun at Wynwood House Penns Valley and Wynwood House Green Hills.

Heritage Springs Lewisburg Ribbon Cutting

On April 17th, we held a ribbon-cutting ceremony at Heritage Springs Memory Care in Lewisburg, PA, celebrating the reopening of its secure Memory Care neighborhood, now featuring 30 private apartments.

Improved Employee Retention

Wynwood House communities improved retention by 38%; Heritage Springs by 25%. Medical benefits launched on April 1st, with strong acceptance among staff.

Certified Dementia Care Practitioner Program

Heritage Springs launched this program in early April. The first class of 10 employees completed the certification, with a goal of 100% compliance by year-end.

Wynwood House Penns Valley Turns 25!
