Senior housing finished 2025 as the top-performing property type across every category tracked by the National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries (NCREIF), the gold standard for institutional real estate benchmarking.

With a 10.6% total return, the sector more than doubled the broader index return of 4.9%, finishing well ahead of retail, the second-best performing category at 6.8%. Occupancy closed the year at 89.1%, rising for the fourth consecutive year, yet new construction has fallen to its lowest level since 2012.

We currently operate seven senior living communities in the Mid-Atlantic, with three more properties in the pipeline. Each community is strategically acquired, thoughtfully upgraded with modern amenities and AI-assisted care technology, and all staffed by empathy-first caregivers.
