Before any senior living community joins Aquinas, we evaluate it with the same scrutiny and rigor applied by private equity firms and institutional investors.

We don’t just operate senior living communities—we own them, alongside you.

• Does it diversify our holdings across geography and care type?
• What does it contribute to monthly distributions, now and as we scale?
• How does it build long-term value for investors?

You actively select us. We actively select each community that earns the right to be under the Aquinas Senior Living wing.

From there, our role is to execute—acquiring, improving, and operating each community with a focus on quality, empathy, and consistency. For investors, the structure is designed to provide 10 % annualized monthly distributions and participation in long-term growth, while we manage the day-to-day operations.

Our objective is to align disciplined investment selection with operational performance—on behalf of the investors, residents, and families we serve.
