The Team Behind the Care: Celebrating Wynwood House’s Top Employees

The difference between a good community and a great one comes down to the care team. We’d like to take a moment to recognize two exceptional individuals from our Wynwood House State College community.

Melissa and Haile have been part of the Wynwood House family since 2020. Melissa serves as a Med Tech, Hailey as a Resident Assistant, and both have built reputations for being dependable, hardworking, and genuinely present with residents.

Their approach is simple: show up, stay positive, and take the extra few minutes to learn what makes each resident who they are.

It’s the kind of quiet consistency that doesn’t make headlines, but it’s exactly what we’re working to build across every ASL community.

Care like this doesn’t occur by accident. It’s the result of hiring and investing in individuals with the inherent empathy and the professional skills for delivering resident-centered care.
